Could it be because Robin Alperstein is a Wall St lawyer who defends hedge funds in fraud cases, witnesses who’ve been called to the SEC for investigations involving credit default swaps, and so on? Seriously, just google her name, it comes right up. The same photo she uses here is her board of directors photo (community-word). That’s a pretty major credibility issue. I researched some of her points that I wasn’t already familiar with, and there are certain facts left out of her argument that serve to create a certain spin.
