Plutus.it — Work in progress

Dear Plutoneers,

Over the last year since the Pluton token sale, we have spent the first half of the year restructuring our development team.

This was the primary requirement for the project to launch, since a DEX of this type (the PlutusDEX) has not been developed before and required meticulous hiring procedures to begin.

The funding round has enabled us to successfully create a team of talented developers located in the UK, USA, Europe and Russia led by our CTO Martin Szyllo, who himself has over 20 years of experience in delivering complex digital solutions with a myriad of moving parts.

I want to make it clear that we are fully aware that the structuring of our development team and our achievements so far would not have been possible at all without the enthusiastic support from our community.

The remaining half of the last year was been spent on the development of the PlutusDEX, polishing the already developed Plutus Tap & Pay app and dealing with compliance issues, which are all a lengthy process but we have overcome the necessary red tape in a very limited time.

Over the next few days we will extensively begin our internal beta testing for the PlutusDEX, which will last just over a week and before the end of this month the release of limited public beta will be announced.

On Slack, Filip Martinka has been a bridge in our two way communication channels as our CCO. And while I gladly answered questions in person in London and at conferences where Plutus was presenting, my focus on building the team and the product, as well as business development has unfortunately kept me away from online communication channels.

My primary role in the team is product owner, followed by Tobias Sommer who provides support with the company governance, Jasper Tay in business development, Filip Martinka as already mentioned in communications and our fantastic tech team led by Martin Szyllo.

I would like to thank everyone in the community for their support and patience, as well as my fellow team members without whom our upcoming release would not be possible.

I do understand the need to engage with early adopters and supporters more frequently to address concerns as well as suggestions, and will interact the community more frequently. Please note, however, that we are under time pressure and we are aiming to build the best product we can.

This is currently the most critical stage for the development of Plutus, and we are on edge to exceed expectations in terms of user experience and strategic partnerships.

We have been reluctant to reveal much of the platform in an online demo or on slack to unveil it fairly for all our supporters at BETA launch. However, due to high demand, I would like to share a short video of how the DEX will look as a sneak preview of the tablet version.

Like many, it has been a surprise for us to see Pluton gain value, which has become a key advantage for early participants who wish to use Pluton on Plutus Tap & Pay for zero fee deposits.

This has caused an increased demand and interest in the project. As a result, and to improve our community engagement, we are also looking to hire community and technical support staff, so if you are interested please send an email to hiring@plutus.it

As mentioned above the the next official announcement will be of the release date of the public beta, where users will be able to use the newly developed PlutusDEX. We will open a direct two way communication channel to collect your feedback as well as answer any usability and technical questions you may have.

I understand that many of you are eager to see results, and I believe that our launch will exceed your expectations.

Sincerely,

Danial Daychopan

CEO of Plutus.it
