Consultation to update to UK Humanitarian Policy Framework

Make your voice heard!

Here at DFID our colleagues are busy updating the UK Humanitarian Policy Framework. The new version will supersede the previous policy, Saving lives, preventing suffering and building resilience, published in 2011.

The new policy will retain and reinforce our commitment to rapid, large scale and flexible response to sudden-onset disasters. But we will also consider how the world is changing. In the lead up to the World Humanitarian Summit in Istanbul in May this is your chance to have your say and to make sure your voice is heard! The consultation process will be open until 22 March 2016. You can find lots of useful information about the process online.

There are three ways for your to feed in to this process:

Please do not telephone us with your response. If your sending your response in writing please address it to: Bob Gibbons, Humanitarian Group, DFID, 22 Whitehall, London, SW1A 2EG.
