The internal analysis and first phase of the structure of the DIM Ecosystem is complete, thank you for your patience and understanding thus far. The results provide essential clarity on the current developments, all projects, and personal involvement. This was a logical way to help us to define a clear path going forward. We believe that we have now successfully identified and dissolved the areas that were affected and diverting from our initial vision for the DIM Ecosystem. Our fundamentals were detracted from the software developers and engineering financial systems to businesses operators. The DIM TEAM will therefore not involve its self in running a Stock Exchange, payment systems or Exchange businesses built on a DLT system with NEM Technology. It will, however, maintain the Ecosystem, DIM currencies, and all software in the form of updating, advancing and upgrading them. DIM TEAM is offering all software as a white label and will not partner with operator/service providers. Software prices range from $250k to $5mio including a monthly maintenance fee per operator/service providers. Half of the purchase price will be used to buy the DIMCOIN off all the markets equally on which its traded. The other half will be used to maintain current operational costs. The financing from our developed white labeled software will be used to sustain and grow the DIM Ecosystem as a whole, further improving all remaining products and services. HYBSE Lesotho will be the first to sign a white label franchise agreement with us.
Company A purchases HYBSE software for $1 000 000. 50% ($500 000) will be used to repurchase DIMCOIN from the markets, increasing its demand, price and usability.
We are currently involved in two negotiations from high profile businesses that are interested in running their version of the Payment settlement system between local banks in Emirates and Switzerland.
There are ongoing negotiations with M.E.E (My express exchanger) which is the copy of MiCrypto. As mentioned above an application through a service provider for a license for DIMX has been launched so that Fiat can be integrated into the system under the jurisdiction of Switzerland. We are awaiting the publication anytime in the next coming weeks. All operators are responsible for running their own businesses without any interference’s of the DIM Team. Our goal is to have as much transactions as possible on the network. Our next and most significant work ahead of us will be running catapult on our node structure. We are currently developing a fully flexible yet autonomous digital infrastructure solution together with a fully-optimized solution which interconnects a p2p topology and network engine, and with further capacity to engage with international ASN synchronization. We have focused our concentration on making a better and faster software solution for any financial businesses. The role of the community will be to assist in promoting the software and the sale of the white label, support the rise of the DIMCOIN price with suggestion teams and groups on telegram, advertise and expand to the outside world and your own communities of the opportunities that the various software are offering. All payments to external parties will be put on hold to support the efforts to increase the DIMCOIN price and to mitigate price fluctuations. All support of the single software will go to the service providers.
The MAST and the Mauritius JV partners have not generated any financing as well as Regulatory requirements that have not been clear therefore we have decided to close the Website of MAST. This affects the road map. We will adjust and publish at the beginning of the third quarter a road map with more technical pieces of information in terms of software and ecosystem.
The above mentioned adverse conditions clarify where our focus should lie with the DIM Ecosystem. Essentially, the HYBSE software is our greatest achievement coupled with the creation of DIMCOIN, DIM X, and MiCrypto. Therefore, the success and growth of these projects are our priority.

Development status: 88% — needed improvements in development, speed, chart, design, and intensive testing are currently underway.
Focus: The Hybrid Stock Exchange software will be offered as a white label package, for the use and creation of the trading platform in different regions and under various jurisdictions.
DIMCOIN
Operational status: On
Development Status: 95%
Focus: We believe the community deserves to be rewarded for their patience and investment into the DIM Ecosystem and the best way to do this is by increasing the price of DIMCOIN. This will be done by purchasing DIMCOIN back from the markets, listing DIMCOIN on new exchanges and raising DIMCOINs brand awareness through digital marketing. The DIMCOIN website is currently offline due to the restructuring and migration of services and will be back online shortly.
DIM X
Operational status: On
Development Status: 70% — additional features, bug fixes and overall usability of the platform, mobile screen, and app.
Focus: DIMX is to be the primary entry point for DIM Currencies as well as an escrow service for DIM Tokens. Design improvements will include the distinctions between the two services on the entry of the website.
IBIN
Operational status: On
Development status: 90%
Focus: IBIN will continue to serve as a benchmark for creating unique identity numbers for companies to be listed on HYBSE.
MiCrypto
Operation status: On
Development Status: 90%
Focus: Integration of bank app, testing, backend 70% developed and upgrading
Depotwallet
Operational status: On
Development status: 90% — minor improvements and bug fixes
Focus: Depotwallet will continue to act as a storage wallet for DIMCOIN, DIM Currencies, and DIM Tokens.
DIM Foundation
Operational status: Offline due to migration of servers to our own Datacenter. Development status: Active
Focus: The DIM Foundation website served as a news portal for the entire DIM Ecosystem. Since the DIM Ecosystem is being optimized, we will update the website.
DIMPAY
Operational status: Off
Development status: On Hold
Focus: With the creation of DIM X and MiCrypto and their superior technology, DIMPAY is on hold
DIM Wallet
Operational status: On
Development status: Functioning
Focus: DIM Wallet is essentially the mobile version of Depotwallet.
DIM Explorer
Operational status: On
Development status: currently been moved to our server center
Focus: bring it up to date and have all bugs fixed
MAST
Operational status: Off
Development status: 60% — ongoing improvements and regulatory specifications
Focus: The Mauritius JV partners are being advised by the financial regulatory authorities of Mauritius for MAST to comply with all necessary procedures and regulations thoroughly. More information will follow once these changes have been implemented. The website will be back online once the legislative processes have been adjusted.

Any support questions must go through the appropriate channels, such as emails and support desks of the service providers. What does this mean for the DIM Ecosystem?
The financial strain from the recent Crypto winter and the massive devaluation of XEM brought the DIM Ecosystem from a fast train to a normal train. Therefore, we decided that the DIM Ecosystem members and tasks will be diverted to the best possible path to success — as a software development company. This decision was made due to increasing interest from various regions for our offered white label software. It gives the Ecosystem more users therefore more movement in the system.
To conclude, the internal analysis is seen as positive as we can now successfully focus on what has been developed on the ecosystem. Buy back the DIMCOIN off the markets until the price of the DIMCOIN is higher than ever before. Additional time will be needed to settle overall all developments of HYBSE and DIM X to their full potential, creating a perfect user-friendly trading experience for all. We will minimize communication during this time but keep the news up to date, to effectively use our workforce and resources on developments.
