Easier to move on

Whenever I’ll need to get something done, I won’t only write those things down on my phone calendar or in a classical paper form. One useful method is also visualizing things.
First of all, let’s don’t forget that everyone is different & not everybody will find this method working out for themselves. And let’s also remark, that you can’t predict the future & — at most of the times — you’re not able to tell what’s going to happen. And that’s good.
If I don’t understand a certain topic — not depending on the place or context — I’ll imagine it for myself — but, specifically, in form of easy (almost symbolic) images.
That applied in every day life can help you with some of the things.
For instance, let’s say you’ll have to buy the milk, then go to the doctor and at the end pick up your kids from school.
Now apply this method: imagine yourself in a little car driving through the streets to those places. Or if you don’t know the road/places you’re going to — simply imagine in your head: milk, a pill + your kids & let every image disappear after completing the task.
One after another. Follow those images in your head while moving forward in your real life.
And don’t forget to stay open minded when someone/something special will cross your road.
Peace xx
