Most of these (great) initiatives are focusing on the short term, i.e. how we can we help today’s workers match today’s companies’ needs by improving their skills. But what about tomorrow’s needs? With the increasing pace of technological change (and its economical and social implications), professionals (both those who hire than those looking for a job) should also get prepared to tomorrow’s needs.
