DLT Capital approved as latest Sponsor Firm to join the Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange Sponsor Firm network

Sponsor Firms prepare issuers for their token sale application to the GBX GRID and Exchange.

Munich, Germany — 17th July 2018–11:00 AM (CEST)

DLT Capital is thrilled to announce that it has become the 15th Sponsor Firm in the Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange (GBX) network. Based in Munich and with a strong presence in Asia, DLT Capital focuses on linking blockchain companies to investors around the world and looks forward to bringing token issuers to the GBX Grid and Digital Asset Exchange.

Sponsor Firms act as the first line of defence for the GBX. As part of the network, Sponsor Firms undertake the vetting and due diligence of potential token sales. They then help prepare issuers for the rigorous listing process required to make it to the GBX token sale platform, the GRID. Once the token sale is completed, Sponsor Firms will also ensure issuers comply with their on-going obligation, post-sale.
