Hello, DOSI Citizen! This is DOSI Team.

In this article, we would like to provide a second Preliminary announcement on future improvements in the DOSI Citizen Economy.

To foster further growth in DOSI Citizen, DOSI Team plans to distribute DOSI Citizen NFTs and FNSA rewards in a contributor-centric manner and make service improvements more user-friendly. To kickstart this process, the economic improvements, including DOSI Adventure and DON → LUP convert, will begin proactively from September 26, 2023. This decision was made based on various inputs from the DOSI Citizen community, and we intend to continually refine these changes based on your feedback. We appreciate your continued interest and support.

Next, we will introduce more details about the DOSI Citizen economy, including the upcoming changes effective from September 26. If you’re curious about the previous pre-announcements, please check the link below:

1. Improvements for major services starting in 2023.09.26

1) Removal of Fixed Prize Amount for DOSI Citizen and Introduction of Dynamic Prize System

The DOSI Citizen NFT prize will be maintained only for DOSI Adventure, while all other services’ DOSI Citizen NFT prizes will be discontinued. Trading prizes for boostup promotions of DOSI Citizen NFTs will also be discontinued, and the airdrop/sale of Collaborative and promotional DOSI Citizen NFTs will be limited based on ecosystem activity.

The DOSI Citizen prize in DOSI Adventure will be transformed into a ‘Dynamic prize System’ based on the ecosystem’s activity.

* Ecosystem activity will be determined by the usage of Level Up Pass (LUP) in the previous week’s DOSI Adventure. The initial DOSI Adventure amount for DOSI Citizen Lv1 NFT prizes will be 2,000.

The guaranteed prize system based on the LUP usage by participating users in DOSI Adventure will remain, and the prize quantity cap will be set as 4 DOSI Citizen Lv1 NFTs initially. In order to participate in DOSI Adventure from Week 52, the user will have to enter with 1 LUP. 1 DOSI Citizen Lv1 NFT will be provided every 3 LUPs with the initial max cap being a total of 4 DOSI Citizen Lv1 NFTs.

* The rate of 3 LUPs for 1 DOSI Citizen Lv1 NFT will be adjusted based on the future growth of the DOSI Citizen ecosystem.

2) DON to LUP (Level Up Pass) Convert and Simplification

A one-way fixed ratio converting from DON to LUP will be introduced (e.g., 10,000 DON = 1 LUP). A way of adjusting the ratio conversion in order to reduce DON inflation is also being formulated. This decision will be made in consultation with the DOSI Citizen community’s feedback.

DON acquisition will be possible through attendance and DOSI Arcade. More DON can be obtained by holding Citizen Friends NFTs in addition to DOSI Citizen. Trading prizes in DON will also be discontinued. Also, LUP can be acquired through purchasing NFTs or converting DON → LUP.

2. Future Improvements which will be implemented from October ‘23

1) Improvements to the attendance check and DOSI Arcade

Both Attendance and DOSI Arcade will be integrated with an advertising system, and the advertising system will be enhanced with interactive ads — ensuring that users who contribute to the DOSI Citizen ecosystem can earn DON. The applicable DON earnings of viewing advertisements will be shared with the community in the future.

2) Improvements to DOSI Adventure and DOSI Land:

When participating in DOSI Adventure, differentiated limits for the confirmed payment amount will be established based on the weekly NFT purchase amount within DOSI and the highest level of DOSI Citizen held by the user.

DOSI Land, a service where users holding DOSI Citizen Lv2 ~ Lv4 can receive FNSA prizes, will be maintained. Participation through DON usage will be discontinued, and participation will only be possible through LUP. We are considering a new method of FNSA distribution to address withholding tax issues when awarding FNSA prizes to DOSI Land winners.

We have shared the second Preliminary announcement on future improvements with the DOSI Citizen Economy up to this point. This announcement is the second pre-announcement written based on community feedback received since the previous pre-announcement. The DOSI Team will continue to strive for ongoing ecosystem improvements and greater growth.

DOSI Citizen ecosystem will continue to be built in collaboration with the feedback from Citizen users. We kindly request your valuable input through the DOSI community.

We will be back with more updates soon.

Thank you.
DOSI Team
