Settings timer helps me focus when I have multiple tasks. I create one specific goal to complete, set a timer for 30 minutes to 1 hour, and force myself to focus on that one specific task. Usually The hardest part is getting just getting started but by the time the alarm goes off my concentration is dialed in and I can work for another hour or two. When the first task is complete or I notice my focus is drifting, I get up and do something else for awhile; take a walk, read, draw, whatever takes me away from the task at hand for little bit. Then come back and start the timer again.
