DYC 2015/16 Applications

The Digital Youth Council is the first of its kind to launch in Europe in August 2014. Comprising of some of the top young people in STEM in Ireland, the Youth Council aims to give a voice to young people involved in STEM in Ireland and provide them with a platform to influence STEM in education and everday life in Ireland.

Applications are now open for the Digital Youth Council for August 2015 to August 2016.

The council will be raising the number of main council members from twelve to fifteen. We will also now be accepting members from students in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Students must be in 2nd level.
  • Students must not be in an examination year.

How to apply:

  1. Students must record a video (2 mins max.) demonstrating their interest in both STEM and the Digital Youth Youth Council
  2. Upload the video on to Youtube as an *Unlisted*
  3. The email us the link along with your name, age, number to info@digitalyouthcouncil.com

Applications close on March 1st at 8:00pm
