Sow True Seed Order

I ordered on Sunday afternoon and most of my order got here yesterday! The garlic and elephant garlic will ship later, which is fine. I’m just happy to have found some!

Before the Soil3 YouTube live classes, I’d never heard of B.t. for pest control. It’s OMRI listed and for organic gardening. I had added it my amazon list but it was actually less expensive on Sow True Seeds. Basically caterpillars and worms eat it and feel full so they stop eating your plants. And it doesn’t hurt earthworms, honeybees, ladybugs, or birds.

I also got Crimson Clover for cover crop. I’ve planted that before but couldn’t find the seeds again locally.

As for seeds, I got a different kind of carrots, oregano, fresh broccoli seeds, romanesco, a different kale, snapdragon to attract pollinators, leek, chives, and milkweed for the spring.

I told my husband if we ever get out of quarantine I want to go visit Sow True Seeds in Asheville.
