Many a morning, at work, I have heard this from young people (including myself as a culprit) and it is somewhat ‘micro-depressing’ to hear that in such large numbers on consistent basis…

Are we the generation that adapt the human body to cope with digital and electrical based activity from morning to night over a course of time? I think that a lot, very much in relation to the points you’ve covered in this story.

Is ‘the tired generation’ the generation to change the way we deal with modern day life, in order to benefit the grand-children of the millennial generation???
