Many of times I have described the contact centre as a ‘prison cell’. But after doing some research and hearing about other places, I realise I wasn’t in that bad of a contact centre after all.

Being social was a big part of the role as talk between calls was allowed, if not promoted by management -probably to maintain positivity and sanity- and also internet was surfed by operatives’ in-between calls…
