This band changed my life: The Lucksmiths
Anne Hoffman

This reminded me of this. A record label is intertwined with my life. (Go to > REVIEWS > Candle Misc > Open Letter from a Candle Records Groupie)

“I first heard a candle act when I was an over achieving year 11 student at a catholic co-ed college in the northern suburbs of Melbourne (Ben from Klinger wrote an ode to this, his home town). A mate’s older brother had given him a tape with a funny looking giraffe on it. The songs were witty and we jumped up and down in the common room to them. the tape wasn’t the first candle release…but for all intents and purposes — that was my starting point.”
