of course as a night owl it does take more discipline to naturally get up early. But it can be done. Indeed you already do it. when you naturally wake at 10am remember it actually IS 6am somewhere in the world… you are already doing it. the thing is you don’t live in that other spot. This is where the discipline comes in. You need to arrange your world so that light and dark… eating and everything are shifted by 4 hours. then its like you live in that place where you naturally wake at 6am. of course you will still do you best work in the evening, but that will be starting at 5pm not 9am. and of course you really need to be RELIGIOUS about shifting everything for 4 hours and keeping it that way until your body adjusts. As a night owl it will be very natural to stay up just once… and that will screw things up.
or you could just stay a night owl… that works too. :-)
