Seems to me that we should also be teaching young developers in general, and members of underrepresented minorities in particular, how to properly interview. And by “properly” I mean interview in such a way that maximizes their chances of getting hired, even when the prospective employer doesn’t apply the practices described in this post. Practice makes perfect :-)
