Silvia, great post. I love the way you articulate the differences in your work-styles, and subtly embed extra content throughout. It seems to me that embracing diversity is about appreciating different ways of thinking/working/doing/being and making those difference work for you.
The security of homogeneity is that of groupthink, of feeling safe because all faces/ideas/actions are familiar — but that same safety/security is a major limiter! Doesn’t everyone talk about the power of disruption? You don’t disrupt by doing the same thing, you do it through deconstructing what isn’t working and taking advantage of the chaos to be creative!
