Since 2016, Paylogic has been integrated into TicketSwap’s Secure Swap system. This means that Paylogic tickets resold on TicketSwap can be automatically verified and replaced with brand new, official tickets for the buyers after purchase. This integration allowed Paylogic to offer a seamless resale functionality to its clients without building or maintaining its own system. In the past three years, as more Paylogic clients have opted-in to the TicketSwap service, the number of Paylogic tickets resold on TicketSwap increased more than 215% between 2016 and 2017. More importantly, as a result, hundreds of thousands of fans have benefited from this access to safe and fair ticket resale; and thousands of instances of scams and unfair pricing have been prevented.
