Paylogic is a ticketing technology company, serving festivals, promoters and venues across Europe including some of the largest festival brands in the world, such as Awakenings (NL) and independent promoters like Cercle (FR). Paylogic’s goal has always been to create the ultimate fan-brand connection, starting with buying tickets and ending with an amazing event experience. By working with some of the leading brands in electronic music, like ID&T, Amsterdam Dance Event and Awakenings, Paylogic has become the market and product leader in the festival ticketing industry. Their innovation in the ticketing space has made them a natural partner in TicketSwap’s mission to make secondary ticketing safer, fairer, and more transparent for everyone.
“The Secure Swap platform helps provide our clients with a more complete solution to their ticket selling experience, while enabling them to control their data, from primary to secondary markets. The solution allows us to exert control over the secondary market for our clients and customers, and aligns with our mission to improve ticketing for everyone.”
Since 2016, Paylogic has been integrated into TicketSwap’s Secure Swap system. This means that Paylogic tickets resold on TicketSwap can be automatically verified and replaced with brand new, official tickets for the buyers after purchase. This integration allowed Paylogic to offer a seamless resale functionality to its clients without building or maintaining its own system. In the past three years, as more Paylogic clients have opted-in to the TicketSwap service, the number of Paylogic tickets resold on TicketSwap increased more than 215% between 2016 and 2017. More importantly, as a result, hundreds of thousands of fans have benefited from this access to safe and fair ticket resale; and thousands of instances of scams and unfair pricing have been prevented.
