I love old sayings because they are quaint and also because they are so cutting. You’re user name is “not a merry man”, all of your arguments only commit ‘exactly’ what you call sexism. For example: you use tired stereotypes of what society portrayed of women from several decades ago for a defense of your perspective in 2017; which is you living in the past. You actually tell me observation of women’s behavior today is ridiculous the sentence before you give your observation of men (now somehow credible and somehow not sexism to you). Overall your dismissal of real evidence contrary to your ‘religious beliefs’ of sexism (because it’s coming from a male) is again discounted which is EXACTLY the sexism you complain happen to women in your original statement . Your belief is faith based. My article doesn’t solve the world’s problem but it explains a small portion that is disputed. Is it definitive? No. But reasonable people can disagree. You-my friend, are not reasonable. Here is the old saying promised you: “happiness is a choice not a mood…” go make good choices. Stop trying to spread such vitriol. Lastly, my writing this is me trying to work out what I’ve understood to be the best explanation I’ve come to so far. Do you think your language and your aggressive accusations would encourage me to see your perspective? Probably not. You seem like an angry person frustrated because you’ve found an identity in a belief system that doesn’t account for simple explanations like, “men and women might approach life differently based on a series of innate qualities that can be overcome through socialization (feminism) but most of these innate tendencies act as a gravity within their desires”.
