Throwback Celebrity Wedding of the Week: #NationalWineDay Edition!

Each week, we take a trip down memory lane to highlight some of our fav infamous weddings! For our last “Throwback Wedding of the Week,” we took a look back at the epic wedding of Mikky and Nwabisa — a 2010 South African wedding that was once called, “The Wedding of the Year!” This week, in honor of #NationalWineDay, we revisited one of our fav celebrity vineyard weddings — the wedding of Mark-Paul Gosselaar & Catriona McGinn. The former #SavedByTheBell star turned golf enthusiast married his accounting executive girlfriend in 2012. This matrimonial affair paid homage to the bride’s Scottish heritage with bagpipers, traditional garb, and cultural accents! More details below…

👗 Bride wore a lace gown with sweetheart neckline.

👔 Groom wore a black suit. Others wore traditional kilts.

💍 Wedding rings by Neil Lane Jewelry.

🎨 Neutral color palette with florals and decor that complemented the winery’s natural landscape.

🌾 Native flowers and herbs were incorporated into the wedding design, including local lavender.

💐 Bride carried a romantic nosegay of English garden roses.

⛪ Wedded at Sunstone Winery & Villa in Santa Ynez Valley, California.

🎵 The bride walked down the aisle to “Highland Cathedral” played on traditional bagpipes and danced to “Someone Like You” by Van Morrison.
