P2E Allocation & Distribution, Staking, Quests and More!
Greetings Dalarnians!
We’re excited to announce the new updates in our economy design, created to empower the community and reward your engagement even further! Our goal is to make our fun and exciting world even better, with more rewards for everyone who plays or invests in Dalarnia multiverse. These new features on DAR Ecosystem will be rolled out gradually, starting with Daily and Weekly Quests, followed by other features in the coming weeks. We can’t wait for you to experience them firsthand and discover all the ways you can earn DAR rewards! Let’s dive into the exciting possibilities:
I. DAR Play-to-Earn Allocation & Distribution
We’re dedicating a significant portion of the DAR token supply to reward your participation. A full 2% of the total supply (16,000,000 DAR) will be distributed annually, fueling a Play-to-Earn system that is both generous and sustainable. This allocation is strategically spread across many ways:
- DAR ID Quests (45%): Go on thrilling quests that cater to all levels of engagement. While all players can participate in daily, weekly, and monthly quests, the path to earning Quest Points and Quest Tickets varies:
- Quest Points: Primarily earned by completing weekly quests, with some opportunities in daily quests and special quests. These points accumulate and unlock tiers of DAR rewards based on your progress.
- Quest Tickets: Exclusively awarded for conquering the most challenging monthly quests. These tickets grant you a share of a dedicated monthly prize pool, offering substantial rewards for your dedication. - DAR Staking (40%): Your staked tokens will generate additional DAR rewards over time, with the amount determined by your stake amount and lock-in period.
- LAND Staking (5%): Landowners, rejoice! Staking your LAND NFTs now opens up a new avenue for earning DAR rewards. The higher the tier of your LAND and the lock-in period, the greater your rewards.
- Ape Quests (10%): We extended the duration of Ape Quests, giving you more opportunities to earn rewards throughout the month. You might even find yourself earning more DAR per month than ever before!
With this diverse distribution model, we hope to create an ecosystem where every type of user — players, investors, landowners, and collectors — has a chance to participate actively and benefit from the allocation.
II. DAR Citizenship
To enjoy extra rewards in our new economy, you’ll need to unlock DAR Citizenship. It’s as simple as staking 100 DAR in the Citizenship Pool. This not only grants you access to all staking rewards, it also signifies your commitment to the community. Think of it as your passport to the full DAR experience!
Benefits of DAR Citizenship
DAR Citizenship is your key to participation in additional reward features:
- Staking Pools: Only citizens can stake DAR or LAND NFTs in our pools to earn passive income through yield rewards.
- Governance votes: All Citizens will be able to participate in votes that directly influence the development progress
- Project specific benefits: Multiple benefits for different projects, like extra space in Dalarnia Nexus
Note: By withdrawing your 100 DAR you’ll lose access to all Citizenship benefits.
III. DAR ID Quests Distribution
DAR ID Quests are the heart of our DAR Reward System, offering you exciting challenges and a direct path to earning DAR rewards. It’s a tiered system where you earn points by completing quests. As you progress through the levels, you’ll unlock bigger and better rewards. This system makes sure that everyone has a chance to participate and earn rewards in our new ecosystem.
Now, let’s explore how DAR ID Quests reward your gameplay and dedication:
Reward Mechanisms: Quest Points and Quest Tickets
- Quest Points (QP): Primarily earned from Weekly and Social Media Quests.Each Month you’ll need to collect an amount of Quest Points to get the highest possible reward, but we’ll reward you not only for acquiring all required QP, but even as early as 50% of the Points needed:
- The 50% of QPs collected let you claim [25 DAR] reward
- The 75% of QPs collected let you claim [200 DAR] reward
- The 100% of QPs collected let you claim [1000 DAR] reward.
This means you can Claim 1250 DAR every month simply by doing Weekly Quests!
Important Note: The Quest Point reward pool is limited to 450,000 DAR per month. Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis as players reach each milestone. If the pool is depleted before you reach a milestone, you will not be able to receive any more rewards for that month from the Quest Points. However, you still can fight for the Quest Tickets! - Quest Tickets: Exclusively awarded for completing Monthly Quests, allows you to participate in a special reward pool dedicated to the most engaged players. Each ticket grants you a share of a dedicated prize pool of 150,000 DAR per month. This pool is distributed evenly among all earned Quest Tickets that month, ensuring everyone who earns a ticket receives a reward.
IV. DAR Staking
DAR staking is our way of inviting both players and investors to become an even bigger part of the DAR ecosystem. It’s a win-win: you contribute to the stability of DAR and, in return, you earn substantial rewards.
DAR staking serves two crucial purposes:
- Attracting Investors: We want to welcome those who may not have the time or inclination to engage in gameplay but still believe in the potential of the DAR Open Network. Staking allows these investors to support the ecosystem and earn passive income.
- Reducing Volatility: By locking up DAR tokens, we reduce the amount of circulating supply, which can help mitigate the volatility that often accompanies cryptocurrency markets. This promotes a healthier and more stable DAR economy.
DAR staking is designed to be straightforward and rewarding:
- Make a Stake: Decide how much DAR you want to stake and the duration of your lock-up period (30 to 365 days).
- Earn Yield: Your stake will remain locked for the chosen period, earning yield continuously. The longer you lock and the more you stake, the higher your yield will be.
- Unstake or Keep: Once the lock-up period ends, you can unstake your DAR or choose to keep it staked for further rewards.
- Vesting Period: After unstaking, a 14-day vesting period will apply. When it’s over you can claim your Tokens and yield.
- Claim Rewards: After the vesting period, you can claim your original stake and all accumulated yield.
We’ve set aside a substantial 6,400,000 DAR to be distributed as yield to stakers annually. The exact amount of yield your stake earns depends on two factors:
- Your Stake Weight: A higher weight means a larger share of the yield pool.
- Total Pool Weight: This is the sum of the weights of all active stakes.
The APR will be dynamically changing based on your stake weight and stake weight of all other participants. You can always monitor it and the accumulated rewards through our staking platform.
V. LAND Staking
LAND staking is our way of empowering LAND owners and strategically managing the LAND supply within the DAR Open Network. It’s a mutually beneficial system that rewards landowners and fosters a healthier in-game economy.
LAND staking serves two key objectives:
- Rewarding Landowners: We’re committed to providing LAND owners with meaningful ways to profit from their assets. Staking allows you to generate passive income from your LAND while supporting the ecosystem’s overall health.
- Managing LAND Supply: By incentivizing staking, we can temporarily remove LAND from the active game economy. This helps maintain a balanced supply and demand dynamic, ensuring the long-term value of LAND assets.
LAND staking functions in a very similar way to DAR staking:
- Choose Your LAND: Select the LAND NFT you wish to stake and decide on a lock-up period (30 to 365 days).
- Earn Yield: Your LAND will remain locked for the duration, earning a continuous DAR yield based on its tier (1 is the highest) and the chosen lock-up period. Higher tiers and longer lock-up periods result in higher weights.
- Unstake or Keep: Once the lock-up period ends, you can unstake your LAND or keep it staked for continued rewards.
- Vesting Period: After unstaking, a 14-day vesting period will apply. When it’s over you can claim your LAND and yield.
- Claim Rewards: After the vesting period, you can reclaim your LAND and all accumulated DAR yield.
A substantial 800,000 DAR is dedicated to the LAND staking pool annually. Remember, the yield is dynamic. When more LAND is staked, the total pool weight increases, resulting in a smaller share for each individual stake. While we cannot predict the exact amount of DAR you’ll earn, you can always track your rewards and the current yield rate through our staking platform.
Note: Players who participate in DAR or Land Staking cannot unstake their Citizenship until their DAR staking lockup period is complete.
