Dark Skullz | Roadmap 🚧

Dark Skullz is founded by two brothers who created a finite supply of 666 AI generated Skullz living on the Solana Blockchain. Inspired by the most extraordinary projects, we aim to build the most significant/influential SKULLZ community in Solana.

Successful Launch: (Phase 1)

• Dark Skullz Marketing and Advertising Experts will work together to introduce our community to thousands of like-minded individuals. Our mission is to create a community that acts with integrity and camaraderie!
• Distributing OG/WL spots to deserving members.
• Mint date announcement.
• Minting of 666 Dark Skullz NFT.
• Listing on secondary markets.

Creating Foundation DAO:

As soon as we sell Dark Skullz NFTs, our collection will be listed on Magic Eden and we will introduce holder verification for our discord that enables the holders to have access to otherwise gated channels. Every Dark Skullz NFT holder will receive an updated role as long as their Dark Skullz NFT is not listed on any marketplace.

Post Mint: (Phase 2)

• Setting up Holder Verification through Matrica bot System.
• Releasing our Staking Website to the holders.
• Fun giveaways and exciting prizes for holders who have staked their Skullz.
• Initiating Raid2Earn in order to create awareness of our project and get big influencers on-board with us.
• Hire Alpha Callers and Collab Managers to also benefit our holders from Secondary calls.

This gives birth to our DAO.

Our next step here is to develop a liquidity pool that will allow our holders to stake their Skullz for yield. This is where we introduce you to our native currency which is $MARROW.

As soon as the token is introduced, we will be adding 50% of SOL funds to the liquidity pool. This will bring value to $MARROW which will be your token that is required for every transaction in our ecosystem.

$Skull Token Allocation 💰:

Our token supply is capped at 15,000,000. These tokens are distributed as follows:

1. 50% (7,500,000) is reserved for staking rewards and Liquidity Pool. 🏆 🏆
2. 20% (3,000,000) is reserved for immediate Investments.
3. 16% (2,400,000) is kept aside for the core team (Minimum 1 year vesting period).
4. 13% (1,950,000) is administered for marketing and collaboration-related affairs.
5. 1% (150,000) is put towards giving back to the ones in need, through charitable donations.

Irrespective of the inflation and deflation of the token, the price of 1 $MARROW will always be 1 $MARROW for all the utilities.

We will be conducting many frequent activities like raffles, gambling games, etc. with huge prizes in form of NFTs and $SOL so that we can collect $MARROW from our holders and burn them in exchange of prizes for our holders, in case there is extra supply on tokens in the pool.

Future Plans: (Phase 3)

• Creating Dark Skullz Merchandise, giving it away to our Whales (20+ Skullz holders) for free and to our regular holders who can purchase it with our token $MARROW.
• Creating a gambling website where our holders could play multiple gambling games like coin toss, poker, spin the wheel and win prizes in form of $SOL, NFTs or $MARROW.
• Launch the Second Generation of our art and airdrop 50% of it to our loyal and deserving holders.

Online Merch Store will be launched, the first 100 buyers will get a free Merch ($Skullz will be refunded). You can purchase using $SOL / $MARROW / $USDT

Collaborating with blue-chip/real projects to make NFT Art #xyz Tees + Hoodies for their verified holders along with NFC tag in-build with Scan & Tap feature to their respective NFTs

1. 50% of all the Merch profits will be used for Celebrity endorsement & Influencer collaborations. 🎬
2. 20% of profits will be distributed to our holders through $MARROW. 🏆 🏆
3. 30% will be used for expanding our supply chain. ☠

Vision

Our Roadmap is just a glimpse into the future of Dark Skullz, with infinite avenues ahead. We will run off a chapter-by-chapter basis, where every phase brings a new infrastructure and direction for the brand and its holders.

We plan to keep building out greater utilities for our ecosystem of holders. As our ecosystem expands we plan to add more benefits to users who hold the Skullz. There will also be more surprise mints & breeds. We will continue building until we break Solana.
