Seriously, stop telling people to read books. Books are not the panacea against stupidity. There are tons of stupid books: You tell people to go read books, they might pick up a homeopathy one. Or 50 shades of Gray. Or the Bible. The cure against stupidity is not reading, but learning. It doesn’t fucking matter if it’s with a book, a YouTube video or a friend that tells you cool things about science.

But seriously, stop this “go read a book” nonsense.
