I wrote an article about sisterhood yesterday, in it I talk about “transcending jealousy into admiration.” That is how I deal with it. It’s a change in perspective. That frees me up from feeling shameful about my jealousy or envy. It changes the negative feeling in your stomach when you start feeling less than to something more palatable. This person has something I want, good for them, they’re amazing! I admire them so much!
