- Get the dataset downloaded
- Follow my step to load it to power bi or any tool of your choice
- Clean and transform the data in a power query by following all my steps
- Break the single table into dimensions
- Connect the dimension to the fact table using merge query in power query
Load to Power BI after cleaning
- Create a relationship between the fact table and the dimensional table using a one-to-many relationship
- Create a very nice-looking dashboard background using PowerPoint (optional)
- Create a bookmark for the filters
- Create charts to show the numbers of bedrooms in the properties
- Our focus is the condition of the properties, making it well readable
- Show renovation status and properties with waterfront and number those without waterfront
- What is the worth of the properties across the properties' locations
