Full task

  1. Get the dataset downloaded
  2. Follow my step to load it to power bi or any tool of your choice
  3. Clean and transform the data in a power query by following all my steps
  4. Break the single table into dimensions
  5. Connect the dimension to the fact table using merge query in power query

Load to Power BI after cleaning

  1. Create a relationship between the fact table and the dimensional table using a one-to-many relationship
  2. Create a very nice-looking dashboard background using PowerPoint (optional)
  3. Create a bookmark for the filters
  4. Create charts to show the numbers of bedrooms in the properties
  5. Our focus is the condition of the properties, making it well readable
  6. Show renovation status and properties with waterfront and number those without waterfront
  7. What is the worth of the properties across the properties' locations
