DataCeutics — A Month in Review, March 2017
Each month everyone at DataCeutics works hard to meet the mission and achieve our goals. While the work is hard we also enjoy the journey. As we end the first quarter of 2017, let’s reflect on our accomplishments:
EMPLOYEE SERVICE RECOGNIZED AT DATACEUTICS.
Congratulations to Aileen Lin on 14 years of service,; Dave Sankey, 8 years; Howard Krevit, 7 years; David Howell, 6 years; William Conover & Jeff Wang, 5 years; Brandon Jordan, 4 years; and a big congratulations to Serena Chikkala, Chad Russ and Eugene Tsykalov on their first year with us.
PROMOTION: Kathy Greer was promoted to Senior Vice President Professional Services. Over the past 15+ years, Kathy has been an important leader for us. Her primary responsibility is to oversee almost all aspects of Professional Services. Kathy’s positive influence can be seen daily in recruiting, hiring, contract negotiations, marketing, sales, employee benefits, budget tracking, resource tracking, and in many other areas. Please join us in congratulating Kathy!
DataCeutics donates to the sugarloaf police officers association’s golf outing
Every year the Sugarloaf Police Officers Association holds a golf outing to bring the community and the department together for a fun day in the sun. DataCeutics’ donation to the SugarLoaf Police will help pay for training and equipment for the department.
Internal Recruiting campaign
At DataCeutics’, there is no individual’s judgment we trust more than our own employees. After all, they are the people that have made us a success. That’s why it makes sense that when looking for fresh talent like Biostatisticians and Statistical Programmers, we seek their advice. To show appreciation for their time and input in building our organization, we offer some pretty nifty thank-you prizes like movie tickets, gift cards, watches and baseball tickets. Over the last 9 months, the internal recruiting department has given out 40 prizes. Great job by all!
Family & Friends
We would like thank our employees, for showing their dedication to DataCeutics by helping to grow our database of people connections that helps us to stay in touch with colleagues in the industry. We really appreciate everything our employees do for us!
PharmaSUG is next month (May 14–17th in Baltimore, Maryland) and DataCeutics will be well-represented. Four of our employees will be presenting papers. If you get a chance, you may want to reach out and wish them luck. They are John Gerlach, Tim Harrington, Carey Smoak, and Scott Kosten.
