Announcement: Crowdsale Details

On 5th February 2018 at 1PM GMT, the Datawallet crowdsale will open. 22,222,222 units of DXT have been reserved for the public sale, amounting to 10% of our overall goal (USD$ 4MM).

The crowdsale will be administered on a first-come-first-served basis. This means that whoever send the funds first, will receive an allocation.

To maximize the number of whitelisted applicants that will be able to contribute, we are capping contributions at 10 ETH per person on the first day. The sale will end if either the amount of token reserved for the public sale have been sold or 30 days after opening of the public sale. We will have the ETH-DXT conversion rate as well as recommended gas costs on our website tomorrow (based upon the values for the 5th). Please note that the contract will automatically refund transfer once all the token has been sold so you do not need to worry about somehow losing your purchase.

The purchased DXT will be distributed to participants immediately in a paused state. After we have reviewed and finalized the sale, your token will be unlocked and you will be able to use them within the Datawallet ecosystem. At this point we will send you another email telling you that your DXT is now fully transferable.

NOTE: make sure the wallet address used to receive is a fully-fledged ERC20 wallet. For example you CANNOT use a receiving address from Coinbase.
