We are happy to announce that as of today 5PM GMT we have opened our KYC platform to whitelist pre-sale applicants. Emails will initially be sent out in batches of 200–300 applicants per day, and in batches of 500–1,000 thereafter. Completing the KYC process takes less than 20 minutes if no information provided raises flags.

For everybody who has previously applied, the process for participating in the pre-sale is as follows:

  1. Whitelist Application
  2. Account Creation
  3. KYC
  4. Whitelist Confirmation (upon passing KYC)
  5. Spot Allocation (if available)

Once the pre-sale has opened, the process for participating in the pre-sale is as follows:

  1. Account Creation
  2. KYC
  3. Whitelist Confirmation (upon passing KYC)
  4. Spot Allocation (if available)

Starting the January 22nd we will be be providing about 300 contributors a day an allocation in our pre-sale. We award 9 out of 10 allocations in our pre-sale on a first-come-first served basis. This means that people who signed up the earliest will be admitted the earliest. 1 out of 10 applicants will be randomly chosen, irrespective of the sign up time.

We will then select from the queue to fill the available contribution bins for the day. We are striving to ensure a broad ownership with the following allocation goals.

Once you have received a confirmation for a spot in our pre-sale, you will have 12 hours to claim your spot by providing proof of your transfer. If you do not claim your spot, it will be awarded to the next person in line. So please keep an eye out in

BTC and ETH will be valued as of 12:01 am GMT on the date of execution of the Agreement as quoted on GDAX/Coinbase.

We will withhold 10% of token sold for the whitelisted crowdsale on February 5th. Applicants who have passed KYC and were not awarded an allocation in the pre-sale are automatically whitelisted to participate in the public sale.

More information about the public sale will be posted after the pre-sale.

Please note that all communication will always only come from tokensale@datawallet.com

We urge all participants to never follow any links sent out from any other source. We will never solicit any purchases or transfers through Telegram, Email, or any other platform. If you do receive such messages, please report them immediately to support@datawallet.com
