Setting up Elm for Local Testing

This post is really just about setting up a minimal environment for running elm period and using IntelliJ as your main editor.

Note: I really like using IntelliJ’s built-in test GUI runner with other languages, but unfortunately it doesn’t support elm-test yet. Not that much love for Elm in IntelliJ I guess.
