So you represent the rest of the thinking world. Because *you* returned your machine and had a bad experience, the rest of us must follow your lead? The plural of anecdote is not data. Your experience is no indication the rest of us will not like it, nor is it any indication that one machine—out of a fairly large lineup—is any indication that the world’s most profitable company has lost their mojo.
