Why “Irrelevant” might be the word that describes you best?

Management, long time ago, was invented and put in place in companies to guard rules and control workforce. In many companies this is still primary role of any manager.

You are not doing what you supposed to be doing — it’s the shortest answer to the question above. You are not doing what you are best at. You are not doing what you want.

That is why you are (and you most likely feel that way) irrelevant.

Whenever there is a conflict — there is a frustration. You bound to be upset, unsatisfied and unfulfilled.

You want to lead, be the best, do things that matter, maybe even change things.

Your company wants meeting, spreadsheets, reporting and numbers.

Mismatch, don’t you think?

Where is the way out? Is there a way out!?

There three options in front of you if you feel stuck in such scenario.

1. Change the situation.

2. Leave the situation.

3. Change the way you think about the situation.
