Hey Ben great post. The only line I question is ‘surround yourself with people who make more money’. Imagine doing that – judging people on their cash value rather than the friendship, kindness and creativity they offer? It sounds gold digger-ish, though I get what you mean. There’s more to life than earning money – many of my friends are artists, chefs or musicians who live incredibly inspirational, successful and happy lives, but don’t earn huge amounts of money. They cycle, they buy second hand furniture and they have immense fun. I’d rather surround myself with them. Perhaps the line is ‘surround yourself with people who you see as super successful’.
