I am sorry. You died last night.
Pamela Day

Wow, I’ve almost been there myself in a few ways. We are so vulnerable even though we think we are so tough. I was hit by a drunk driver going through a red light. I didn’t die, but my eye socket was broken in 5 places, and I had a hip fracture. The story ended well for me, I met God, but on this side of the great divide. I still am quite vulnerable because all my life I’ve ridden my bike to get around — rain, shine, snow, sleet — town, to work, even long distance bicycle vacation rides. Thanks for caring, thanks for sharing. You did what you could. I get that anxious tension of not being able to do more. We are not called to do any more than what we’ve been given ability, power, wisdom to do. Blessings to you.
