Yep, that's me! :) T-shirt, (Critical Role for those Critters and D&D fans out there!) jeans and a jacket. I literally wear some version of that every day - I will always pick comfort over fashion.

I'm here writing on Medium for the fun of it! I want to get to know people, and share some of my ideas along the way. And that's about it.

Having said that, I will share that I love to teach anything I've learned about. Not as an expert but as a fellow explorer. You'll see this in my writing! Everything is personal.

I currently live in Portland, OR with my husband Keith and our cat Demi :)



You'll notice he, too, is wearing jeans and a t-shirt. His shirt is Boulder Parchment Shears. (The D&D equivalent of rock paper scissors) Can you tell we're both really big into Dungeons and Dragons? ;)

The thing you'll see me writing about the most though is Spirituality and Happiness. These are two things that are close to my heart, and where I feel I have the most useful and interesting things to share :)
