Azure Virtual Machine
Microsft Azure as part of the many benefits it comes with also includes the creation of virtual machines. I know I am assuming that you already know this concept but let me break it down and deal with this topic drastically.
What are Azure Virtual Machines?
In my own definition, Azure virtual Machine gives one the ability to run an operating system being it Mac or Windows remotely without necessarily installing it on his/her machine. Virtual Machines emulate all the hardware features of an actual Machine and when using it, it feels like you are actually sitting on a complete machine with an operating system of your kind. What is nice is that you can create an unlimited number of virtual Machines and access it anywhere at any time with your credentials.
Why you may need an Azure Virtual Machine
One of the reasons why you may need a virtual machine is for test purpose. For Example, in school when learning computer science courses like system Programming, you may want to install Mac OS just to test how the environment feels like.
Another reason may be to install an app you will not like to install on your actual machine you use on a daily basis, this way you could create an Azure virtual machine to handle that.
Virtual Machines also saves you cost. For example, instead of buying an actual computer which will be much costly just to run another OS on it, Azure Virtual Machines can do the job perfectly and save you from unnecessary expenses.
