The Transition

I did not die

I simply stepped into another room

I passed from one rift to another

I took on a new form

An exchange of address

I changed places

Here for there.

Mortality for lmmortality

A fleeting life for eternity

I did not die

My body has served its purpose

So l laid down to rest

And travel to my roots

My source, my true home.

I stepped on the hill

On the Holy Mount

That twice spilled fire

That encloses the garden of life

My shoes came off

As l knelt in reverence

Bowing in prayer and adoration

The earth trembled

A mighty wind blew

And then A Voice ”Come up thither “

Trembling My spirit answered

The call of the Creator!

(To those who have slept and await the final call)
