Thanks for this very interesting story. Indeed, I found that our sleep habit is heavily programmed by the society and the environment. This article opens up my mind to rethink the way we sleep, and ready to give them some experiment to see which one works best for me.

I’m very interested in trying out the biphasic and dual-core sleep cycle. Looking forward to the results on terms of productivity and health.
