One year after telling my story

It’s been a year since frank gathering happened in Florida and I met the inspiring @SelfNarrate team.

I had no clue that sharing my story with depression at a café that afternoon would shape what I was set to do in the months thereafter.

So much has happened, so many ideas have become real projects. And the vision remains untouched: your story MATTERS.

Basically, this was the start of my mission to talk mental health and end the stigma around it.

Enough of sharing smiles and colourful photos, enough of achievements and dream travels. Tough moments need to be shared too — that’s life, plus shared pain is less painful. — You can read my call to “Stop pretending we’re always fine” on my Mind the Health blog.
