Thank you for your article. I totally agree with you. People who are self-starters and focused have the skills to design their own education and their own future. After being layed off last year, I decided to take online classes and reinvent myself. After being a software developer for my whole working career, I am now a writer and blogger, keeping very busy with my new career.
