After recent changes by Ten adding a third night to Survivor, now the Nine Network has made a late schedule change extending Married at First Sight to three nights a week.

The reality series premiering Monday night after The Block will also screen on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. The move comes after dramas The Durrell’s (684k) and Offspring (668k) both underperformed in Wednesday night ratings.

Married at First Sight has been one of the few success stories Nine has produced this year and the network will be confident it can continue that success on Wednesdays.

The change means Unreal Estate hosted by Kate Langbroek and Cam Knight has been temporarily removed from the schedule despite extensive promotion. A spokesperson for Nine was unable to confirm when the luxury home inspection series will now premiere.
