Some of you have a high fat/heavy drinker as in that person that does not eat the meals they eat on the regular. Your poor diets will be complete or partial in the later stages. But not this. Yes, you lose 20 pounds even if you ate regular meals and drink what is available. And it doesn’t matter what percentage of weight you have lost.

Alcohol is derived from caffeine but the more you drink, the worse the effects are on your body. Drinking a cup of hot tea can be alcohol-free. Mixing herbal teas with warm water helps. The tea will help you lose some water. Some of the natural drinks are:

  • green tea,- water,- corn,- orange juice,- camomile tea,- ginger water,- lemon,- lemonade,- rice tea,- curcumin tea,- tea mix,- ginseng tea,- romaine,- lemon juice,- lotion,- vinegar,- fish oil,- black pepper.
