OPENBNB — testnet

Recently, BNB Chain has launched a new solution on the Optimism network to address the scalability issue of Ethereum. They aim to reduce fees in this network to 0.005 cents per transaction.

They have also launched a testnet in which we can participate:

1. Add network
   - Go to bnbchainlist and choice "BNB Smart Chain Testnet" Chain ID 97
2. Connect to discord
   - Find in discord "testnet-faucet"
   - Write command "/faucet *your wallet address*"

3. Go to bridge (deposit)
- Send faucet money from "BNB Smart Chain Testnet" to "opBNB Testnet"

4. Go to bridge (withdraw)
- Withdraw your testnet bnb from "opBNB" to "BNB Smart Chain Testnet"

5. Getting NFT on the opBNB network
- Visit this website, connect your wallet and mint NFT ( cost 5–15 cents ). 🎉

ZetaChain — testnet

This is a testbed for new omnichain dApps and a key element of an ecosystem built on Cosmos SDK and Tendermint Consensus. Their technology itself addresses the issues of “cross-chain” and “multi-chain” and aims to open up cryptocurrency and the global financial ecosystem for everyone.

👉 First activity

1. Go to ZetaChain and verify your account via Twitter. After connect your MetaMask wallet
2. Next step go to "Leaderboard" in ZetaChain website and click in open window "Confirm wallet"

3. Now we need to take test tokens on three test networks: Goerli, Polygon Mumbai, BSC Testnet

4. We go back to ZetaChain and go to the “Get Zeta” section, where we also need to obtain test tokens required for future testing. Click on “Request Assets”

Important: The faucet on the website doesn’t always work, so there is also a second faucet available on their Discord. To do this, you need to go directly to the #zeta_faucet channel in Discord and send the command “zeta faucet drip” followed by your wallet address.

How to get faucet from discord:
1) Go to discord
2) First, please undergo standard verification.
3) Next, you need to obtain the “Faucet access” role on Discord because without it, you won’t be able to receive test coins.
4) Below is a screenshot demonstrating how to obtain the role. After that, you connect your Twitter account, and you will be granted the role on Discord.
5) Go to "Zeta-Faucet channel" and write command "zeta faucet drip *your address* *Chain bsc/goerli/mumbai/zetachain*" example: "zeta faucet drip 0x0…..0 zetachain" .

5. We have obtained test tokens, and now we need to swap them here among ourselves.

WhiteBIT testnet

The WhiteBIT exchange has been conducting an open testnet of its own network for over two months. Similar to other networks, the main goal of such an event is to ensure stable operation before launching the mainnet. Based on publicly available information, the development team has already achieved this. The blockchain is stable and nearly ready for the mainnet launch.

⚠️To participate in this testnet, you will need an account on the WhiteBIT.

1. Let’s go to the website and add the testnet as shown in the screenshot:

and add in your MetaMask WB network.

2. On the More tab, select Faucet. Enter your wallet address and click Claim:

1. Head over to the project’s Discord and locate the testnet tab.
2. Copy any wallet address and send a portion of your test tokens to any address in Discord (you can also request someone to send some tokens to you).

2. In the open window, select “Contract” and then “Write Contract”. If your wallet is not connected, connect it.

3. Below, look for the “mint” tab, enter the number of NFTs you want to mint, and mint them.
