Just because something is difficult doesn’t mean they are bad. IPAs (Like anything else) are a trend right now and will continue for years to come until one other style dethrone the bitter bitch that is an IPA. There are flavors in that beer style that once you detect it, it’s hard to dismiss it’s beauty and complexity because after all, it is just a beer — right?
