Derby Stars has finished its Early Access period, and boy oh boy, was it a wild ride! Whether you’re a seasoned horse racing veteran or a newbie to the track, Derby Stars offered something for everyone during its Early Access period, with features like breeding, growing, and trading horses.

So, what were some of the highlights of Early Access, you ask? Buckle up, folks, ’cause we’ve got some stats that’ll blow your minds!

First up, we’ve got total training counts. During Early Access, players trained their horses over 1,599,905 times! That’s a whole lot of horsing around, if you ask us! But that’s not all — players covered over 499,528,400 meters in races during Early Access, which is equivalent to running around the equator 12 times! Talk about getting your steps in!

Now, let’s talk about the races themselves. Players spent over 3075 hours racing in PvP during Early Access, which is longer than it takes to watch all three Lord of the Rings movies back-to-back! That’s a whole lot of time spent in the saddle, if you ask us! And it’s no wonder, with over 29,740,811 CRTs earned by horses during Early Access. That’s a whole lot of tokens!

But not every training session was a success. During Early Access, there were also 183,724 “bad” training sessions. Hey, nobody’s perfect, right? But that just goes to show that even the best horses and trainers have room for improvement.

Now, let’s talk about the real MVPs — the standout horses and teams of Early Access!

The most winning horse during Early Access was #1349 “Rainbow” horse, with 81 wins in 125 PvP races and 10,500 CRT earns in PvP. That horse is a real rockstar, if you ask us!

And the most earning horse during Early Access was #9646, a common horse with 51 wins in 107 PvP races and 11,400 CRT earns in PvP. That’s a whole lot of cash, and we’re not horsing around!

Of course, it’s not just about the horses — it’s also about the community! And the Derby Stars community really stepped up during Early Access, with players engaging in mini-games over 73,561 times. That just goes to show that there’s more to Derby Stars than just racing — there’s a whole metaverse to explore and enjoy!

Also, we would love to share the valuable feedback we have received from EA and highlight how the Derby Stars team plans to implement improvements based on that feedback

Feedback No.1: There is too much dialogue during PvE training, which makes it boring.

  • Our aim is to address this concern by reducing the amount of dialogue and presenting essential information in an encyclopedia format, ensuring easy access and improving convenience.

Feedback No.2 : The rewards obtained from training are not exciting.

  • To address this, we plan to introduce the Core System, a new content that utilizes PvE mode. This system allows for upgrading a horse’s five major stats, changing the hardness grade, and altering the preference for the racecourse through item crafting. Detailed information on the Core System will be shared with the community at a later time.

Feedback No.3 : There is room for improvement in the P2E aspect.

  • To address this feedback, we are currently exploring various ways to incorporate $CRT within and beyond the game. We will share further updates with the community once our internal discussions are complete, with the goal of enhancing the overall P2E experience

Feedback No.4 : User acquisition is difficult because horses are required to play.

  • It has been noted that user acquisition is challenging due to the requirement of owning horses to play. To address this issue, we plan to introduce a rental system, improve user convenience through wallet services, and create an environment where spectators can indirectly enjoy Derby Stars through the Winning Horse Prediction system.

Feedback No.5 : The performance of Unique, Rare, and Common Origin horses is unsatisfactory.

  • The performance of origin Unique, Rare, and Common horses has been deemed unsatisfactory. As such, we plan to adjust the performance of all Origin and Rare horses born through breeding to match their respective grades, including Unique horses. Further information on these changes will be provided once it is fully ready, and we encourage the community to stay tuned.

It was a wild ride, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a newbie to the track, Derby Stars has something for everyone, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for this amazing game for the Alpha.
