Not Fair?

Everyone has something. Everyone has their problems. You have your problems and I have mine. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve thought about MS and why me? What did I do? I don’t cheat, I don’t drink, do drugs, heck, I’ve never even gotten a ticket. Why me? It’s not fair.

Fair? Fair? What does that mean? Who are you to judge what is fair? Was it fair for someone to get beaten, spit on, nailed, and laughed at? Was it fair for Him to leave Heaven to face this? Jesus died for our sins so we could join him in paradise. Jesus went through all that pain and suffering because he loved us and wanted us to be with him.

So what’s fair? My “not fair” is someones “I wish I had.” Its all perspective. Yeah I have Multiple Sclerosis. I also have a beautiful family and an amazing life. I have great support of friends and a church family at Multitudes I wouldn’t trade for anything.

Speaking of trading. I think I’ll play my hand. I’ll play the game of life with what has been dealt to me. The great news, you still have time to be on the winning team. Jesus is still waiting so let’s go because I want you to choose the winning hands of Jesus.
