Inspiring a New Generation to Defy the Bounds of Innovation: A Moonshot to Cure Cancer
Joe Biden (Archives)

Mr. Biden, Me and my family wish with all our hearts that you are able to accomplish what you’re purposing. If sharing our story helps… I’ll certainly contain my tears in order to finnish writing this post: within 14 months time I lost both my aunts to breast cancer! My Aunt Buda (the way we all called her because she was chubby) past away in early October 2014 after a 6 year fierce battle against this horrible ‘thing’! She was a strong minded person who loved to laugh and say curse words to shock everyone! She was 58 years old. Exactly 1 year after we found out that my youngest aunt had breast cancer and it stroke as a lightning! Although my Aunt Alice didn’t want to undergo any treatment so not to suffer, because of us, she did… But unfortunately as we found out being young it’s not that good when it comes to cancer. Spending the last 3 months of her life in the hospital was really painfully for her mainly because she was always concern with us (father, husband, son and daughter, my mom and the rest of us). Despite all the sadness, I can smile in remembering that accomplished that last goal she set ou to do… spending Christmas at home and that she was at my and my twin sister’s 30th birthday. She past away on December 28th 2015, at 46 years old after all the family had a chance to say goodbye. She is an amazing person, not only as an aunt, but a very good friend, role model, advice giver and so many other things that I could enunciate.

Please don’t let this matter drop! Because I will certainly will not!!
