I believe that teachers are mind shapers and great influencers in society. However, we’re currently going through a fase where young parents (up to 40 years old) don’t recognise that and instead instigate their kids not to respect or listen to teachers by giving bad examples of responsability. In some countries, the future social impact of this role models is scary! How will the next generation react?!

In terms of innovation, I don’t really know the methods used in the U.S. But an practical approach is usually better, so new tools and out of the box thinking/ creativity, would help change the methods in the future teachers.
