Descrow has passed a preliminary legal audit

The Descrow project has passed the legal audit and received an assessment from the leading Russian IT lawyer Vladimir Popov. His report is available at http://itsynergis.ru/assets/docs/des_en.pdf . This legal opinion is for informational purposes only and serves for a common understanding of the service from the legal point of view. It provides justification for the Descrow project activities from the nowadays legal practice position.

It is no secret that the legal component is perhaps the Central issue in the ICO organization, so this assessment, even if declared as “preliminary”, is so important.
