A bitcoin maximalist and CEO of blockchain bitcoin accelerator BHB Network Giacomo Zucco mentioned last Saturday, that in relation to the ICOs, the decision made by the crowd, and the collective assessment of the project can be more effective than individual experts opinion.
“I think that a crowd intelligence can be better than few specialised professionals in selected investments,” said Zucco during the First international conference Baltic Honeybadger 2017 in Riga.
