On December 7, 2017 Vladislav Rutskiy, Decentralized Escrow team member, investment consultant, scientist-economist at the Siberian Federal University (Krasnoyarsk), Director of the School of Investments in Modern Technologies (SIMT), delivered a speech at Kazan Federal University on the blockchain technology fundamentals in digital economy and its application on the Descrow platform. During the meeting, the expert covered the opportunities, that the blockchain technology has already opened for students, scientists, entrepreneurs and investors, who would like to be involved in fundamental and applied research or new products creation. The audience demonstrated a particular interest in the latest trends in cryptocurrency economy and technical solutions for operating business and startups.The participants also took an active part in the discussion of functions and unique operating mechanism of the Descrow platform, which is designed to insure against risks related to the investments in ICO projects and to facilitate startup learning process on the effective project implementation.
